RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase (i.e., request a return) within 14 calendar days from receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the product must meet the conditions outlined below.
RETURN CONDITIONS
For a return to be accepted:
• The product must be unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging
• It must not show stains, odors, makeup marks, sand, or any signs of use
• For hygiene reasons, bikinis must always be tried on over underwear
In accordance with applicable regulations (Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), returns will not be accepted for products that have been used beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, or functionality, especially in the case of intimate garments.
If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected.
RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount:
• Mainland Spain: €4.99
• Balearic Islands / Portugal: €6.99
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €11.99 (customs duties paid by the customer)
• Rest of the world: the customer must arrange and cover the return shipment

RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
If Bum Swim provides a return label or shipping code, this service is offered solely to facilitate the process.
However, the customer remains responsible for the package until it is received at our facilities.
Bum Swim is not responsible for returns that are lost or not properly delivered.
REFUND PROCESS
Once the product is received and inspected: You will receive an email confirming approval, and the refund will be processed after deducting the applicable costs.
Refund timeframes:
• Card: up to 14 calendar days since we receive the product
• PayPal: 24 to 48 hours after approval
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For orders outside Spain and Portugal:
• Size exchanges are not available
• Returns are accepted
Conditions:
• The customer must arrange and pay for return shipping
• All shipping and customs costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Only the product amount will be refunded (original shipping costs are not refunded)
SIZE OR PRODUCT EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for orders within Spain and Portugal.
Exchange costs:
• Size exchange (Mainland only): free on the first order
• Subsequent exchanges or outside Mainland:
Mainland: €9.99
Balearic Islands: €12.99
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €18.99 (customs fees paid by the customer)
Conditions:
• Product must be unused, with tags and original packaging
• No stains, odors, makeup, sand, or signs of use
• For hygiene reasons, thongs must be tried on over underwear

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a return may be requested.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective item: You may request a free return within 30 days of delivery.

3. If applicable, we will arrange a free return
Resolution: we will replace the product without cost or offer a full refund
