INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to most countries outside Spain and Portugal.
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Estimated delivery time is between 4 and 12 business days from shipment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance processes in the destination country, which are beyond Bum Swim’s control.
Shipping to the United States (DDP)
For orders shipped to the United States, taxes and duties are calculated and paid at checkout.
Shipping is carried out under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, meaning there will be no additional charges upon delivery.
Customs (Rest of Countries)
For international shipments outside the United States: customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included. These costs must be paid by the customer
Bum Swim is not responsible for these charges or for delays caused by customs procedures.
If the customer refuses the shipment due to unpaid customs charges, the order may be returned or abandoned. In such cases, shipping costs and any additional fees incurred will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For orders outside Spain and Portugal: size exchanges are not available. Returns are accepted

CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once the order has been placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
When the order is shipped, a second email will be sent including the tracking number to monitor the shipment status.
UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, repeated absence, or failure to collect), and it is returned to our facilities: the customer must cover the cost of reshipping if they wish to receive the order again.
If the customer does not wish to have the order resent, a refund will be issued for the product amount, excluding the initial shipping costs and any return costs incurred.
